Your workspace is the central place where you organize your computers, applications, and collaboration settings. Proper workspace management allows you to keep everything structured, update key details, and control access for yourself and other users.
This screen shows your workspace settings, where you can manage your workspace.
Edit workspace
To modify your workspace, click 'Edit' in the 'Setting' section.
You can:
- Change the workspace name
- Add or update a workspace image using a URL


Customizing your workspace helps you better organize multiple environments, especially if you use Chromaport for different purposes (e.g., personal use, work, or collaboration with others).
Delete workspace
To permanently remove a workspace, click 'Delete'.
This action is irreversible. Once deleted:
You and all workspace members will lose access.
All associated devices, applications, and configurations will be removed.
Any active subscription assigned to that workspace will also be lost.Before deleting a workspace, make sure that you no longer need any of its resources or data.

Switch between workspaces
If you use more than one workspace, you can easily switch between them.
Click the workspace icon to open the list of available workspaces, then select the one you want to access. This allows you to manage separate environments, such as different projects, teams, or personal setups.

Add workspace
To add a new workspace, click the workspace icon to open the list of your workspaces. Then click the “+” icon in the top-right corner.

This will allow you to create and set up a new workspace.
Upgrade your workspace
To unlock additional features, click 'Upgrade'.
Activating the PRO version enables advanced functionality, including:
Select ‘Upgrade’ to activate the PRO version and unlock additional features, including inviting members.

Keep in mind that a PRO subscription applies to a single workspace only.
